An Ninh Tay has a total natural land area of  1,204.21 hectares, divided into 05 villages (Hoi Phu, Tien Chau, Diem Dien, Xuan Phu and Binh Thanh). Population of 13,362 people/4,012 households. Of which, 70% of the population lives on agriculture and 30% of the population lives on fishing, aquaculture, commerce and trading services. In general, all cadres, civil servants and workers always demonstrate political courage, solidarity, always uphold responsibility in performing tasks; live and work according to the Party's policies, comply with the Constitution and laws of the State.

    In recent years, the economy - society , defense and security situation in the commune has continued to be stable and developed. The average annual growth rate has reached 20.01% or more; the average annual income per capital has reached 51.59 - 65 million VND/year; the economic structure has shifted positively and in the right direction; the infrastructure system has received much attention and progress; every year, it is assessed that over 98.6% of households have achieved the status of cultural families and 100% of villages have achieved the status of cultural villages; the poverty rate according to multidimensional standards has decreased to 2.64%.

    Social security policies are implemented fully and promptly. The work of receiving citizens and handling complaints and denunciations is carried out closely and effectively; there are no mass or complicated complaints and denunciations.
